[vlc] download for Mandrake Linux

Gentlemen, please check; in your web page for downloading VLC precompiled binary for Mandrake Linux, there is no mirror to select where to download from. So it cannot be downloaded.
By the way, I suppose the binary for Mandrake 9.1 will work for version 10.1, will it not? Thanks
