The Qt is not enabled by default because it is very incomplete, and 
outdated. My bet is you didn't enable its compilation.

In fact, using Qt, KDE, GTK and GTK2 interfaces as they are all 
unmaintained - efforts are currently on the wx cross-platforms 
interface.
