This is not an official RPM created by the videolan team. So you should 
also report this to the package maintainer.

My guess is that you did not install the additional plugins at the same 
time with this rpm. To check what is inside the RPM you installed run: 
rpm -qil videolan-client.
It should include the interfaces librc.so you are looking for.
