[vlc] VLM Question and AXIS cams

Hi 2 Questions:

1) Does anyone know the syntax for transcoding from the VLM

2) Im trying to stream from AXIS cameras to vlc and then from vlc to
windows media player. My client insists that VLC uses codecs that are
native to windows media player and not install any new codecs, so I'm
setting it to WMV1. Using the AXIS cams is there any way I can stream
without transcoding to Windows Media Player.
