[vlc] streaming DVB under windows

Hi,

I would like to  stream dvb channels (from terrestrial numerical TV) with vlc.
The problem is that the OS is windows.
When  I read the vlc "Streaming howto", it says that the dvb streaming
function is only available under GNU/linux.

Does anyone know how I can do to stream my dvb channels in that case?
(I cannot change the OS)
