Hi

If You can't change OS then VLC won't help. At least now. You need different 
program with DVB support. Search the Internet. Start from forums at 
http://dvbn.happysat.org/ . Many DVB-related programs (ProgDVB, MyTheatre, 
...) have modules with streaming.
