Is being streamed encapsulated in TS.
I get audio on one clip with no video.
Other clips i get nothing at all (i believe one of these was created using ffmpeg)

AFAIK, it won't work in RTP/RTSP, but it should in TS. Please also be
aware that ffmpeg's h264 decoder doesn't support some (not so common)
h264 features.
