The proper mailing list for discussing the RTSP (and SDP) standard is 
"mmusic at ietf.org".  Complaints/requests on this mailing list won't 
have much effect :-)

Note, though, that the RTSP standard fits together with other 
standards: SDP and RTP/RTCP.  Together, these certainly don't allow 
you to "wrap all data in asf" (because there's no specified way to 
describe "asf" in SDP, or transprt it in RTP packets).
