[vlc] Proprietary Video streaming

Hi All,
We have developed one Proprietary video codec. We want to use VLC for
streaming this. I am not sure how to make use of VLC for this. How can and
where can i should insert my UDP server&Client side code.
Please clarify me, if u have know.
