[vlc] Problem playing a MPEG-2 Transport Stream file

I find that VLC (version 0.8.2, at least) has trouble playing the 
MPEG-2 Transport Stream file <http://www.live.com/wis.ts>.  This file 
contains MPEG video and MPEG audio; however, VLC seems to be able to 
play only the video track.

Is this a bug in VLC, or is something wrong with the Transport Stream 
file?  (If the audio and video are streamed as separate RTP streams, 
then VLC can play both OK; however, in a single Transport Stream, 
only the video gets played.)
