[vlc] VLM and vod

Hi everybody......
Well Id' like to know if I can transcode an input stream and send it through 
VoD in VLM, but this transcode the input streaming in the moment to send 
like this:

% vlc -vvv input_stream --sout 
'#transcode{vcodec=mp4v,acodec=mpga,vb=800,ab=128,deinterlace}:standard{access=udp,mux=ts,url=
239.255.12.42 <http://239.255.12.42>,sap,name="TestStream"}'

But of course in vod...
