[vlc] how can I save video frame(s) as BMP or jpeg etc...?

    I run vlc-0.8.1 to play RTSP streaming, but I can not find anyway
for me to save the single frame as any image ,such as BMP ,jepg,gif and
so on. anyway, is there any method that's can do. thanks and best
