[vlc] (no subject)

Hi,
can i start a divx from command line with VLC player at a determined 
position of the time bar? es: start the playing from the position 23:14.
I have tried to find the option in the help (vlc -h) but nothing.....

PS : Vlc 0.8.1 under Win
