[vlc] VLC 0.8.4 under Windows CE

I succed to compile
VLC LibVLC under windows CE

i have also compiled some plugins

so now I can play under the simulator Wav File
but no Video

I try to compile libmpeg2
but when I try I have some problem "cannot pre fill buffer"

any clues ?

does any one succed to compile some plugins under windows CE to play video 
? because I 'm not sure of my own modification to libmpeg2
