[vlc] "bug": mistake in german menu translation (os x, 0.82)

couldn't figure out if this is know already:

File > Quick Open File...

Datei > Einfaches Datei öffnen... >>> should say: Einfache Datei
öffnen... (no "s" after "Einfache").

that's it.
