 yesterday, by hasard I was in  /home/ louis on my sarge and I saw 
hidden files, and one:
.vlc
and in it there was one :
vlcrc
with at the begenning

[skins2] # Interface skinnable

# Dernière skin utilisée (Chaîne)
skins2-last=/usr/share/vlc/skins2/default.vlt
# Configuration de la dernière skin utilisée (Chaîne)
skins2-config=( 752, 70,1)( 759, 221,1)

and after that, all the parameters
______________________________

well, I deleted this file and now vlc is running  .

But, there is allways a "but", it don't want play divx, .avi...... :'(
any idea?

Ps. The dvds are playing well.
