[vlc] no sound with WMP

Hi all..

I have a problem when I am use WMP to play a stream file, here is my
command:

vlc
v4l:/dev/video0:adev=/dev/dsp2:norm=0:size=320x240:frequency=647250:channel=0:audio=0
:sout="#transcode{vcodec=DIV3,vb=800,scale=1,acodec=mpga,ab=128,samplerate=44100}:standard{access=mmsh,mux=asf,url=
192.168.1.222:1234}"

and the result is good when I play  with  vlc, but no sound when I play with
WMP. Any solution please..?
