[vlc] Pause and restart with MP2 stream does not work well

Hi,

We have installed VLC on FC4 and trying to make mpeg2 streaming on it.

I am able to setup an RTSP session between a VLC Player and a VLC (by
using VLM).
Streaming is fine, untill I do a Pause on the Player and restart again.
At this point the picture quality goes down and the video quality does
not recover at all.
Any idea why this might be happening? I am using a MPEG2 video clip.
