[vlc] Codec for Screen capture

Hi,

I'm using VLC to capture the screen (about an hour and a half long) and 
was wondering if someone could suggest a good codec to use for this 
purpose.  Size isn't an issue, I was planning to use ffmpeg to recode 
the file to an FLV later for web display.  I just want a good source 
copy.

Size of screen is 800x600.  Comments?
