Xine is defenitely in debian, but I don't know if the official debian
package includes the loader. AFAIK, those binary loaders are a sensitive
subject in debian, but so are video encoders, and the debian vlc
packages include all the stream output features. So everything is
possible ;)

As said in a previous answer, if our debian nightlies include the loader
indeed (I never tried them in fact ;), than that is certainly the
easiest solution.
