[vlc] Vlc latency

HI, all

 

I tried to use one machine with HD camera streaming video out and
another machine receiving on 1GEthernet network. I got about 7 seconds
latency. I used UDP for this. Any configuration setting for improving
latency? Any suggestion? Thanks!
