[vlc] Video using VLC:

  Hello guys
   
  This is the scenario 
   
   
  I connect TV Converter to a workstation and TV cable box using windows XP and I want to be able to transmit the signal from  the TV to the pc perhaps more than one pc capture video stream video....
  I am not able to get video I just get a  fuzzy green screen picture is pretty bad.
  Can some one help please
