[vlc] Exporting ASF files for quicktime

Hi,

I am using VLC 0.8.4  on macosx 10.4.3.
I try to export some ASF videos into avi, mov or whatever format  
compatible with quicktime.

Can you help me to find the right parameters to use with VLC export  
functions (Menu File/Exporting Wizard)...
I've already tryied MPEG1 1024 / MP3 128 ... video works, but i have  
no sound...
