[vlc] Re: RTP streaming using VLC

Sorry if it's not right when i post this question here.
I am looking for a solution Open-Source for TV over ADSL (2Mbps).

1) Can i use vlc for this purpose? what about the quality when we use
    vlc in the way?
2) Do you know some other open-source for TV over ADSL?
