Subject: TY Encoding issue

I'm new to this but here it goes.  I'm using VLC .8.4a on a windows box and
I'm attempting to stream a ty files that are being streamed and transcoded .
This works without issue most times but on some files I only get audio.  All
files work properly if I do not transcode them.  I have attached log life
from both a working and non working file.  I have also attached the VLC
plugins that I got from the dealdatabase forums in case they are needed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
