[vlc] GUI wxwin

Dear all,
I can no longer compile the vlc with the GUI wxwin. For some reason, the 
compiled libwxwidgets_plugin.dll can not be used by VLC, and then I can 
only have the prompt interface as following:
rc interface: VLC media player - version 0.8.6-svn Janus - (c) 1996-2006 
the VideoLAN team
rc interface:
Warning: if you can,t access the GUI anymore, open a command-line 
window, go to the directory where you installed VLC and run "vlc -I wx"

Remote control interface initialized. Type 'help' for help
