[vlc] ARM/wince cross compilation....

Hi,
I am compiling gcc source
code(http://download.videolan.org/pub/testing/wince/gcc-4.0.0-cvs+wince-diff.tar.bz2)
for arm/wince on Redhat Linux m/c with host gcc
version "3.2.3-20".
I am facing lot of issues during compilation and
configure(I have compiled binutils fine).

I would like to know, whether host gcc version is
fine?

Does any one built arm/wince verion tool
chain(arm-wince-pe-gcc, binutils etc), could you
suggest what is the easier way to compile it?

Is it better to compile cross tool chain on Cygwin
environment?

I would appreciate your response...

Thanks in advance-
Raj
