[vlc] VLC and Windows Media Streams.

I am trying to play the following Windows Media Stream in VLC which I 
thought was possible.  Watching my proxy log files I can see the embedded 
web player (wmplayer) is trying to connect to this url:

http://64.34.149.213/CFNYFM

If I put it into Windows Media player it works.  In VLC I get:

Should this be possible with VLC?  If so, how can I play this stream.
