[vlc] VLC with Edje 2000

I have downloaded VLC 0.8.4a and want to use it with
an Adtec Edje 2000 Streaming  Encoder.I'm feeding PAL
colorbars into Edje and using a crossed cable to the
Ethernet port of a Visage Notebook computer. I opened
Network Stream but don't get any picture on the
Desktop.Your How To guide is very good but can someone
tell me what settings to use for Edje 2000?
