[vlc] [BUG] Chained Ogg

Hello.

Playback of chained ogg vorbis files and streams seems to be broken.
Instead of continuous audio output, the playback stops at the end of
each stream, and restarts at the beginning of the next. This causes
annoying interruptions in the audio.
