[vlc] Is possible to create 2 channel out to same address&port

Hi All,

I get the same stream from 2 or more than 2 source, but may be no of them
have enough speed, so I want to set all connect stream to the same output.
It work if I run two vlc, but if I run one vlc with two channel, one of them
is not playing. so I want to know is possible to create 2 channel out to
same address:port?
