[vlc] Content distribution networks

Hello ALL:
                        Do you guys know of a cdn that works with vlc.
 We are using Akamia and we had some problems with this product with
vlc.  I didn't configure  Akamia but I did setup vlc on a Debian Sarge
box that works beautifuly.  But for some reason my boss told me that
Akamia and vlc can't talk to each other.
