[vlc] VoD Start-time

Hi,

It appears VoD start-time property is also broken.  Why is that?  How do I 
fix it?

Here is the error from the debug output:

[00000452] [Media: T] packetizer_mpegvideo packetizer debug: waiting for sequence start

This prints infinitely and the client never gets any movie frames..

I am trying it on an mpeg stream (mpgv is the video type), on a windows 
build of the latest svn snapshot.
