[vlc] Does vlc support 3gp and 3gpp format

Hello All:
                 Do any of you know if vlc supports 3gp or 3gpp
format.  If not, is this a soon to be added feature.  We were just
given a project to stream content to cell phones and I would like to
use vlc instead of Darwin Streaming Server or QTSS
