[vlc] Re: v0.8.6b on WinXP rtsp+mpeg images corrupted

Humble apologies, I did what the bug reporting FAQ suggests and deleted my
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\vlc\vlcrc and the video
displays ok.
