[vlc] VLC 0.8.6d: broken radio support for the "multiposte freebox"

This revision:

  * You now need to append --m3u-extvlcopt to your command line to  
enable EXTVLCOPT options parsing in m3u playlists.

break radio support for the "multiposte freebox", especially on GUI  
versions (Mac OS X, etc.), because there is no simple way to launch  
VLC (ie double clicking) with this command line argument. (even more  
when your a casual user, not a power user)
