I'd like to use VideoLAN to monitor several multicast video streams.
This is on an Apple system. With vlc on Widows, each double-click on
the program icon results in an additional instance of the program. With
vlc on Mac, each double-click of the program icon returns the single
instance of vlc to the foreground. Can the behavior on Mac be changed
to supporting multiple instances?
