[vlc] problem witz vlc and vista

Hi, I write you to speak about some problems of compatibility between
vista and vlc.

When I install vlc on vista, vista say me that vlc is not compatible
with the aero.

Also the avi format is not available (maybe the codec's), it's not
possible to see the films in avi format.
