Hi,
I'm looking for a cheap, decent hardware frame grabber that I can use with
VLC to capture desktops in the 1024 range at least, preferably 1280, at
around 10 fps. Anyone have any experience with this?
This one:

http://www.ems-digitalmedia.com/html/visionrgbpro.html)
Runs about $2k Canadian. Anyone use this?
There is also this one, which comes with video for windows and video for
linux drivers, would it work in VLC?

Right now we are doing screen:// captures in windows and directshow for a
lot, any comments on what a change to vfw would be like?
Thanks,
Chris
