[vlc] Avahi, Zeroconf/Bonjour & DAAP

Hi,

On Ubuntu Feisty, I've set up Avahi and Firefly (a.k.a mt-daapd). With 
Avahi, I've configured a FTP service, and Avahi-discover returns :

$ ...
Service data for service 'freebox_hd' of type '_ftp._tcp' in domain 
'local' on 2.0:
         Host hd1.freebox.fr (212.27.40.254), port 21, TXT data: 
['org.freedesktop.Avahi.cookie=2362796064', 'u=freebox']

Service data for service 'mt-daapd' of type '_daap._tcp' in domain 
'local' on 2.0:
         Host foo.local (192.168.0.1), port 3689, TXT data: 
['org.freedesktop.Avahi.cookie=2362796064', 'ffid=11f77fbc', 
'Password=false', 'Version=196610', 'iTSh Version=131073', 
'mtd-version=svn-1376', 'Machine Name=mt-daapd', 'Machine ID=65XXXXXX', 
'Database ID=65XXXXXX', 'txtvers=1']


However, neither the DAAP server nor the FTP one are discovered by VLC.

Are Zeroconf/Bonjour and DAAP usable with the VLC Feisty version ?

Can VLC discover a M3U playlist via Zeroconf ?

What are the Zeroconf/Bonjour services that VLC can discover ?
