[vlc] configuration in darwin with vlc

Hello
I have these problem,,
We have a section in my work (the name is audiovisual) , so these 
section has a mac with darwin streaming and the next week, they travel 
to Chile for a  conference...

They need transmited  the event  and  send  to my work here in Bs As, I 
have vlc here in Debian , Linux..
It is possible,

Can transmited the event for multicast and unicast?

 what need put in

Network
UDP/RTP Multiemision

Direccion : What ( the number IP of the mac that have el mac ) for 
example xxx.000.000.000:1234

Could anyone help me..
