[vlc] VLM Control (suggestions/improvements/bugs) v. 086a

Hi,

first of all the bugs i found ;-)

platform: XP, input: dshow/firewire/mpeg2-ts, output:file

1) (re)load of saved broadcasts settings files do not work
2) pause key do not work properly (streaming keep on being saved to disk)
3) the counter do not raise, the bar do not move (but this is just a minor bug about me..)

improvements/suggestions:

1) option to choose: create a new file / overwrite the old one / append to the old
one  when press play again after the pause key

2) option to add a time stamp or a progressive number to the file name of the saved streamings

3) size of the streaming file and disk free space showed in real time

4) option to stop saving the streaming if a drop is being found or no more streaming
is being sent to the pc
