[vlc] Record Audio Stream, PROBLEM !!!

Good night, (sorry by my Bad INGLISH)

VLC for Windows 0.8.6a 
Win 2003 Server
Dual XEON / 4Gb
Eth 1Gb / IP v4
UDP 239.192.x.x : 50xx
 
I have the following problem: 
I am emitting a UDP  STREAM  only  Audio, and I want it to capture 
with the VLC in TS, but the equipment does not have Card of SOUND, 
and it does not record the file to me. But I send a Stream of AUDIO/
VIDEO , this If it records the File. 

Is necessary an Audio card of Recording the STREAM of AUDIO.?
