[vlc] vlc user: problem while installing vlc 0.8.6b in my computer

hello,
i am trying to install your latest version 0.8.6b  of vlc media player.
but during installing it gives a fatal error  i.e  error  during loading  "unicows.dll".
i am using win98se.

note:your previous  version  vlc  0.8.1  media player  running smoothly  on my computer 

so please help me to solve this probem
