[vlc] bluescreen video filter, PLEASE HELP

Hello,
I've been struggling with the bluescreen video filter and havn't managed
to make it work.
Im trying to make 2 video's overlay using the bluescreen feature. I've
managed to do the overlay but not the bluescreen transparency.
I was unable to find a working example as well... 
the only link i found (which is the exact result i want, but i havn't
managed to make it  ) was

Please help me find a working example / documentation of making it work.
