[vlc] Error stream mp4

My strean source don't transmit audio, only video and the timestamp
was too long besause there wasn´t sincronization, so I change this
lines in vlcrc file configuration and now the picture never stop.

# Contador reloj de referencia promedio (entero)
#cr-average=20
# Sincronización de reloj (entero)
#clock-synchro=1
