[vlc] Handle through instant time exception on VLC play

Hi,

Is it possible to produce a sort of exception when the video that VLC is
playing reaches a specific time? I would like to tell VLC to warn me when it
reaches, for example, the instant 1:45 in order to do something in
consequence.
