[vlc] Error in playback Playback

When I try to play a incomplete video file, that is still downloading; there are times that other videos play in between the video. Other videos that were deleted long ago from the system. I have deleted all my temporary folders. I don't know where these videos are still coming from.
 
Please suggest,,,, what I could do about this?
