[vlc] VLC and mp3 compressed at cbr 320

hello,

is there a reason why, contrary to WMP, VLC displays 00:00:00 as the 
duration of every mp3 track compressed at 320 CBR? in all other 
settings, VBR or whatever CBR, VLC displays correctly this information.

Windows 2000, encoder LAME 3.96.1 and 3.97, VLC 0.8.6.c
