[vlc] DL page not working - all links go to 404 pages

I've tried all of the mirror links on the windows page
(http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html) under the "Windows
self-extracting package" section for 0.8.6c and none of them work.  Every
one links to a 404 page at the respective site.

I tried a few, but not all, of the 7zip links and those didn't work either.

Please advise ...
